Terms & Conditions for Image Use

You can:

• Use the images for personal or business online and in print*.
• Resize or crop the images as needed.
• Use overlay or filters to suit your branding needs.
• Use with text overlay.
• Use to create social media post or graphics.
• Use as website backgrounds.
• Use the images to create opt-ins as long as the final file is flattened so that the image cannot be extracted. Opt-ins include – pdfs, ebooks, checklists, course workbooks, guides to promote your business or services.
• Images can be used in course content as backgrounds or in manuals.

You cannot:

• Sell, loan or giveaway these images to a third party.
• Alter, edit or otherwise manipulate the image, or claim it as your own.
• Use the images to create derivative products (digital or physical) for sale or giveaway, such as (but not limited to)
  • Screen savers
  • Templates
  • Calendars & planners
  • Art prints
  • Clipart
• Use the images in any type of print product (mugs, pillows, printable items, stationary, diary/journals, etc.)
• Use the images to sell or promote stock photography.
• Images cannot be use for physical or ebook covers to be sold on mass distribution sites like Amazon/Kindle etc.
• Use the images to sell or promote stock photography.
• Use the images to create any type of commercial product.

Freelancers (anyone with clients) all terms above apply – you can only use these images as part of a work product that is flattened and the image cannot be extracted. (or to illustrate a work product, such as sample images in a website design). You may not give a copy of the images to your clients for use in other projects/designs.
