Style Stock Muse was created to be the “go to” option in your biz tool box. Delivering a variety of unique stock images, templates, and training that will help you stand out and propel your business forward.
I have to tell ya…it was hard making this cut because I love me some tools. But when it comes down to it, these are the 10 tools I use EVERY day in my business and/or make my life so much easier. If any of these tools were “gone” I’d be truly lost.
My list is not ranked in any particular order as they all have a place in my biz productivity heart. (and yes links with * are a referral/affiliate link.)
Are you a google user with mulitple accounts? Tired of logging in or our or opening different brower windows to access all the google things?
Shift to your rescue. Allows you to add in your profile and shift between gmail, calendar and gdrive seemlessly for ALL your google accounts (or client accounts!). Wha? yes. really.
Task + calendar and so much more! It connects to all my other tools so I can see it all from Sunsama and track my time so I know how long it really takes me!
Knowing more about how I’m using my time each week makes me more aware of what is realistic. Which has made me a better planner – making sure the things I truely want to spend my time on are front and center.
I use Notion in so many ways! Internally to plan just about everything in my business and also as a client dashboard & collaboration space. And I’ve used it as a low lift way to deliver paid content.
It’s a fabulous tool that has so many uses.

My screen recorder of choice. This integrates into so many of my other tools (Heartbeat). And the AI editing features have gotten so good. 1 click to remove ums and uhs, or pauses in your recordings. Plus they have added better manual editing controls to fine tune it down to exactly what you need.
Slack is my client communication hub! 100% recommend verses managing clients via email conversations.
Slack allows me to create a private channel for my clients that we can chat back and forth via text, audio or video (limited to 5 mins – but it gets the job done. sometimes brief and to the point is better).
AND …it automatically transcribes the audio and video!
Sharing files is as easy as drag and drop and it integrates with practically any tool you use.
A blog is an essential tool for building a long-term relationship with your audience. The best blogs will eventually become an extension of your company’s culture and marketing strategy, which means that each article you publish has the potential to create a lasting impact on your brand.
Your blog serves as a platform through which you can share information, knowledge, and tips on your preferred topics. This allows you to provide valuable content with value in return. The more time readers spend on your website, the more chances there are for them to get familiarized with your business and become customers down the line.
Your blog should be the top source of information for your business. By writing consistently on your blog, you’ll want to build links back to your website and help increase its authority.
You can use a free service like Google Analytics to track how many people are visiting your site. This will give you an idea of what kind of traffic is coming in from where. You can then decide whether or not it makes sense to invest money into advertising.
If you have a blog that has been around for a while, you may find yourself having trouble getting new readers. If this is the case, there are many things you can do to get more traffic to your site.
You need to make sure that you are providing value in some way to your audience. This means that you should be offering something of interest and benefit to them. You will also want to provide quality content on a regular basis.
Make sure you have an RSS feed so that people can subscribe to your blog. This will allow them to receive updates whenever you post new articles.
I love Canva. I'm a photographer and have used multiple Adobe tools but Canva is just EASY. It makes designing a breeze. It doesn't hurt that the Canva team just keeps on making this tool better and beter. For $120 a year this is an amazing tool.
